Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scrivo Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SDR Dynasty LLC ("Scrivo," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Scrivo is a Chrome extension that reads sales call transcripts and email threads, uses AI to generate CRM field update suggestions, and writes approved values to your CRM. The Service requires an active Scrivo account and a supported CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

3. Connected tools

Scrivo connects to third-party services (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, Gmail, Outlook) through your authorized credentials. By connecting these services, you confirm that you have the right to access the data in those accounts and that your use complies with those services' terms. Scrivo is not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.

4. Approval and responsibility

Scrivo generates AI-powered suggestions. These suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before approving it. Once you approve a suggestion, the value is written to your CRM under your credentials. Scrivo is not liable for data written to your CRM that you approved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to access CRM records or email you are not authorized to view.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by SDR Dynasty LLC. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Team accounts

If you create or join a team, the team administrator may manage members, shared field hints, and integration connections on behalf of the team. Team members share certain settings (field hints, field selection defaults) but each member's suggestion approvals are individual.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, and your connected tools). Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDR Dynasty LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (liability, disclaimers, intellectual property) will continue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
