Scrivo is built for account executives who would rather sell than do data entry. After a sales call, it reads the transcript and the email on the account, works out what actually changed on the deal, and drafts concise updates for the right CRM fields. You open the opportunity, review, and approve.
Why we built it
Reps spend roughly half an hour after every call updating the CRM, so a lot of the time they do not. Pipelines drift away from reality, forecasts get shaky, and managers chase updates instead of deals. Scrivo does the writing and leaves the deciding to you.
How it works
Scrivo runs as a Chrome extension that rides your own logged-in session, so an individual rep can start in minutes with no admin setup and no API keys. Teams can also connect your recorder and CRM through the API for a central rollout.
Nothing is written to your CRM without your approval, and every suggested change points back to the call or email it came from. The most recent call or email is treated as the most current truth, because newer information is usually the most accurate read on where a deal stands.
