SDR Dynasty LLC ("Scrivo," "we," "us") operates the Scrivo Chrome extension and the scrivo.ai website. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and a hashed password. If you join a team, we associate your account with that team.

CRM data

When you use Scrivo on a CRM record (Salesforce or HubSpot), the extension reads the field names and current values on that record. This data is sent to our server to generate suggestions. CRM writes only happen when you explicitly approve a suggestion.

Call transcripts

If you connect a call recorder (Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, or Granola), Scrivo reads call transcripts associated with the account you are viewing. Transcripts are processed to generate suggestions and are not stored in our database after analysis.

Email content

If you connect Gmail or Outlook, Scrivo reads recent email threads related to the account you are viewing. Email access is read-only. Scrivo cannot send, delete, or modify your emails. Email content is processed to generate suggestions and is not stored after analysis.

Usage data

We log your interactions with suggestions (accept, skip, or edit) to improve the relevance of future suggestions. We also store which CRM fields you selected for analysis, and any custom field hints your team provides.

2. How we use your data

  • To generate AI-powered CRM field suggestions from your calls and emails.
  • To write approved field values to your CRM on your behalf.
  • To improve suggestion quality based on your accept/skip/edit feedback.
  • To maintain your account, team membership, and connected integrations.
  • To respond to support requests.

3. Google user data

Scrivo's use of Google user data (Gmail) is limited to reading email content to generate CRM field suggestions. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only request the gmail.readonly scope.
  • We do not use Gmail data for advertising or to build user profiles unrelated to the product.
  • We do not sell or share Gmail data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (Anthropic API for analysis).
  • Gmail content is processed in memory and not persisted after analysis.

4. AI processing

Scrivo uses the Anthropic API (Claude) to analyze transcripts and email content. Data is sent to Anthropic solely to produce suggestions for the current analysis session. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted via the API is not used to train models.

5. Data storage and security

  • Data is stored in Supabase (AWS US-East-1) with encryption at rest.
  • All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS.
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
  • Passwords are hashed before storage.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate Scrivo:

  • Anthropic — receives transcript and email content for AI analysis.
  • Supabase — hosts our database.
  • Vercel — hosts our web application.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data retention

Account data and suggestion history are retained while your account is active. Transcript and email content are processed in real time and not retained after analysis. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

8. Your rights

  • Access — you can request a copy of your data at any time.
  • Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Disconnect — you can revoke any integration (Gmail, Outlook, call recorder, CRM) at any time from the extension.
  • Portability — you can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
